Biographies
President and
CEO
Edward F. Drohan
Mr. Drohan formed
BDS in 1988 to address the needs of Fortune 1000 organizations in
identifying and assessing qualified vendors within the information
Technology field. His over 25 years of industry experience includes
executive and leadership roles with organizations like Bankers Trust
Company, Braun Media Services, Granada Computer Services/North America,
TRW, Lorne Weil, Inc., Sorbus, Inc. (A Bell Atlantic Company), Telex
Computer Products, Inc., Storage Technology Corporation and many
other industry leaders.
In addition
to his extensive background in Information Technology and professional
services, Mr. Drohan has been actively involved in several keep/sell
analyses, acquisition searches, restructuring and reorganization,
distribution channel development, RFP creation and response analysis,
vendor selection and ongoing vendor management. His negotiation
skills have led to the establishment of several highly effective
Service Level Agreements (SLA) which served as benchmarks for other
leading organizations. Throughout his career, Mr. Drohan has been
published on several occasions, providing insightful analysis and
identifying emerging trends within the Information Technology field.

Jeffrey Block
Mr. Block is
the Director of Global Contracts Department for the firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers,
LLP. Mr. Block has been with PwC since 1976 where, among other achievements,
he has created US and Global based procurement structures, developed
a global technology acquisition program and a variety of Business
to Business (B2B) solutions serving national and global needs. In
his current position, Mr. Block is responsible for the negotiation
and implementation of global software and hardware contracts for
a staff of 170,000 people in over 125 countries.
Previously,
Mr. Block was with Citibank, where his assignments included managing
and revamping the end-to-end administrative operations in Forms
Control, Records Management and Process Analysis and Design. His
efforts in Records Management systems design led to the bank receiving
the Olsten Award for excellence in records management.
Before joining
Citibank, Mr. Block was with Bankers Trust Company where he managed
a three year project that redesigned the bank's entire services
support structure. As part of this assignment, he introduced a horizontal
/ vertical computerized monorail delivery systems, used for the
transportation of securities throughout a 1000 person banking enterprise.
Mr. Block has
been a featured speaker at the Conference Board, American Management
Association (AMA), National Association of Purchasing Professionals,
the PMA and other prestigious organizations.
Mr. Block attended
Queens College in NYC and has an MS from Pace University.

Mr. Flaherty
has over 20 years of top executive level management experience in
Information Technology support services. His experience includes
marketing, sales, operations, finance and general management for
professional service organizations including: Memorex-Telex
Corporation, Novadyne Computer Systems, Inc., MAI Basic Four, Inc.,
Sorbus, Inc. (A Bell Atlantic Company), Xerox Corporation, and AT&T.
Recent consulting
assignments have included the analysis and re-engineering of Information
Technology support procedures for a large government agency, RFP
creation for an IT outsourcing initiative, helpdesk solution design,
statistical and industry trend analysis,
