Management Services
A major New
York based financial institution selected Business Development Services
of New York to assist in the development of a services Request For
Proposal (RFP). The innovative approach utilized in this RFP resulted
in several additional assignments which lasted more than 8 years
and resulted in several million dollars of savings for our client.
In addition,
to assistance in the evaluation and selection process, BDS worked
with this client to negotiate several cutting edge Service Level
Agreements (SLA). By utilizing our industry knowledge, these agreements
